Helen Lynam

Helen has a first class honours degree in Nutritional Therapy. This was obtained at the College of Nutritional Education and Lifestyle Management based in Wokingham, which is affiliated to Middlesex University.

Helen is a qualified NLP practitioner, and has undertaken further NLP training specialising weight issues, and has recently studied with the National Centre for Eating Disorders.

NuTREATion is fully insured for Dietary Analysis, Nutritional Therapy and NLP.

Helen is a full member of BANT and is currently being assessed for inclusion on the NHS Directory of Complementary and Alternative Practitioners.
