Tina Williams 
I work with my clients to help them
create the desired changes in their lives.
My work is based on a variety of techniques including NLP (Neuro
Linguistic Programming), EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques – “tapping”), Time
Line Therapies and Hypnosis. I help you
create the changes you want in a safe and supportive way, at a pace comfortable
to you, using techniques which you are happy with.
My style of work is quite closely
aligned with Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), which encourages the client
to participate in the process quite extensively.
I am a Master NLP Practitioner, a
Master of Time Based techniques and an NLP Hypnotherapist, with a hypnotherapy
diploma. I am registered with the
General Hypnotherapy Registry.
Typical changes that I help facilitate
in people's lives include such issues as weight control, confidence,
self-esteem, stress, sleep problems, phobias, anxiety, depression and pain
control.
Why I offer a 3-5 session programme?
I have found that my clients enjoy
greater and more long-lasting success when they commit to a programme of
sessions. Although many clients may see
rapid improvement, additional sessions can be important to:

as we work towards one goal, other issues arise requiring additional work.
