A minimum level of “stress” can be regarded as the zest that makes us want to get up and go and do something.
At worst, the level of stress being
experienced by many of us, particularly in these ‘trying’ times, can be a
killer….and frequently does
But it doesn’t have to be this way.
Sure, these are stressful times. And there’s a limit to how much we can
influence events.
But here at the Ascot Natural Health Centre we can teach you how to
limit the negative effects of these external influences on your lives!
What
the course covers:
Week 1
Understanding the physiology of stress: how
it comes about, what happens to your body in stressful situations. When you understand these things, learning
how to take control of this aspect of your life makes so much more sense.
Week 2
Highly effective techniques you can use for
yourself with immediate, beneficial results:
HeartMath® and Self-hypnosis
Week 3
Why you should take a closer look at how
you conduct your life:
- Eating habits
- Smoking
- Alcohol consumption
- Exercise
Week 4
Seeking help from others:
- Acupuncture
- Aromatherapy
- Bowen technique
- Homeopathy
- Hypnotherapy, psychotherapy & counselling
- Massage
- Reiki
